If your TradingPRO withdrawal is pending, rejected, delayed, or not arriving — this guide covers every common cause and the exact steps to resolve each one. Updated 2025.
Diagnose Your Issue
The steps to fix your issue depend on its current status. Find your situation below and follow the specific fix for that case.
Cause: KYC identity verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal at TradingPRO. If your account is not verified, all withdrawal requests will be held or rejected regardless of the method or amount.
Fix: Log in to the client portal → go to My Profile or Verification → upload your photo ID (passport/national ID) and proof of address (utility bill/bank statement dated within 3 months) → wait 15–20 minutes for approval → resubmit your withdrawal.
Full KYC verification guide →Cause: TradingPRO (like most regulated brokers) applies a same-method withdrawal policy to comply with AML regulations. If you deposited via credit card, the first withdrawal must go back to the same card — up to the amount deposited. Only excess profits can then be withdrawn via an alternative method.
Fix: Withdraw the original deposit amount back to the same card/method first. Once that is processed, you can withdraw remaining funds (profits) via your preferred alternative method (crypto, e-wallet, bank). If the original method is no longer available (e.g. expired card), contact TradingPRO support with documentation.
Cause: If you received a 20% deposit bonus, there is a trading volume condition that must be met before profits earned through bonus capital can be withdrawn. If you have not yet met this condition, withdrawals may be limited or the bonus deducted.
Fix: Check your remaining volume requirement in the client portal or contact TradingPRO support. Note: the original deposited capital (not bonus) is typically withdrawable at any time. Only profits linked to the bonus are subject to volume conditions.
Full bonus terms →Cause: If you entered an incorrect crypto wallet address, bank account number, or IBAN, TradingPRO will send the funds to the wrong destination. For crypto, incorrect addresses result in permanently lost funds. For bank transfers, incorrect details typically cause a rejection and return of funds (minus any bank fees).
Fix: Always triple-check your wallet address or bank details before submitting. For crypto: check the network (TRC20 vs ERC20 for USDT) and the exact address. If you have already submitted with wrong details, contact TradingPRO support immediately — if the transaction has not been broadcast yet, it may be possible to cancel or correct it.
Cause: Possible causes include: submission during weekend/public holiday (processing resumes on next business day), additional compliance verification triggered for the transaction, or high withdrawal volume causing processing delays.
Fix: If it has been more than 24 business hours since submission: log in to the client portal and check the status under Withdrawal History. If still pending, contact TradingPRO live chat support with your withdrawal reference number and request a status update.
Cause: Blockchain confirmations are required before funds appear in your wallet. USDT TRC20 typically requires 20+ confirmations. Bitcoin can require 3–6 confirmations. During network congestion, this can take longer than expected.
Fix: Get the transaction hash (TxID) from TradingPRO support or your withdrawal history. Check the transaction on a blockchain explorer (Tronscan for TRC20, Etherscan for ERC20, Blockchain.com for BTC) to see how many confirmations it has received. Wait for the required number of confirmations.
